3. Permitted & Acceptable Use
You agree to use PixelLens solely for lawful design, development, accessibility auditing, and debugging purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Extension to infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of third-party website owners.
- Use the Extension to bypass access controls, authentication walls, or digital rights management mechanisms.
- Modify or distribute malicious versions of the Extension containing surveillance or unauthorized data exfiltration code.
4. Third-Party Websites & Extracted Content
PixelLens allows you to inspect elements, extract SVGs, view stylesheets, and clone markup from public webpages loaded in your browser:

- Fair Use & Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your extraction and reuse of assets comply with applicable copyright laws, licenses, and terms of service of the inspected websites.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties
The Extension is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for sub-pixel accuracy and seamless Safari integration across macOS and iOS, we do not warrant that:
- The operation of the Extension will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every possible web standard or framework.
- Computed CSS values or extracted code will render identically across different browser engines without manual tuning.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the creators, maintainers, or contributors of PixelLens be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension.
